At a breezy 5.5% alcohol, this effervescent marvel invites you to savour a carefree symphony of flavours. Delicate notes of apple blossom and honeysuckle mingle with tropical and orchard fruit; like walking through an Okanagan orchard in the middle of August. The palate is fresh and light, with flavours of stone fruit and lemon-lime citrus. The perfect sip for a Summer afternoon spent in the sun.

Production Notes
Crafted for those who seek a lower-alcohol adventure! The Vidal was destemmed, lightly crushed and pressed off into tank. The clarified juice was racked into another stainless steel tank and inoculated with a select yeast strain. It enjoyed a long, slow, cool ferment, preserving as much of the aromatics as possible, before stopping it prior to sugar dryness by chilling the wine to 0°C. After stabilizing and filtering, the wine was canned with carbonated water to add a playful spritz and bring the alcohol down a touch.
