Advent Reveal #3 is our rich and silky Shuttleworth Creek Pinot Noir 2021! Deceptively complex and concentrated in flavour, the palate of cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry is complimented by savoury and earthy notes, fresh minty herbs and botanicals.

Pinot Noir is lovely with poultry so we've included our resident chef Jordan's (@flambeathome) Herb Roasted Chicken recipe for the win, hope you can make it over the holidays! We're lucky enough to enjoy it this weekend at our staff Christmas party 🎉🍷🐔
