Crack the Christmas cracker! You've made it to Wine Reveal #12, a special limited-edition wine we pulled out exclusively for this year's countdown, our 2020 Pinot Gris Crémant! This small, experimental lot of Pinot Gris from Parsons Vineyard on the Skaha Bench underwent a secondary ferment in bottle, and was left to age on lees for 3 years. Freshly disgorged and re-capped, this beautifully creamy crémant is the first of its kind from our cellar, and a very limited release sparkling worthy of celebration!

This being our last advent wine, we want to take a moment to thank you for counting down to the big day with us and wish you a very Merry Christmas.
