12 Wines of Christmas WINE #9

Advent Reveal #9 is Tempranillo 2021 - people come from all over to get their hands on this beautiful wine, but we held back bottles to ensure it made it into this year's advent. Our Tempranillo is all about ripe dark fruit, lifted aromatics and structure, with rich flavours of blackberry jam and cherry fruit, mingling with cedar oak, dried herbs, dark chocolate, dusty tannins and a refreshingly bright pomegranate-like acidity. We believe our interpretation remains true to its Spanish heritage, while maintaining its Okanagan lineage.

Enjoy with Spanish cheeses and cured meats, along with our wine jelly (included with your bottle). Also lovely with tomato based sauces so we suggest paring with Erica's Rosemary Tomato Risotto. ¡Buen provecho!
